Jerry and Amanda are a husband and wife team, specializing in residential real estate in the North Bay Area (Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano and Mendocino Counties). Together they have 19+ years experience and Amanda has served on a local Realtor board. They have earned many performance awards and have an extensive list of happy clients. They work with Buyers, Sellers and Investors and have dealt with all types of transactions including ones involving attorneys, conservators, executors of estate, 10-31 exchanges, and today's current challenging market of forclosures - assisting buyers and sellers with short sales and REOs.

They both bring many strengths to their team and their clients benefit by there being two of them. Jerry enjoys the social/people aspect from showing properties, to attending inspections, to networking. Amanda loves the back office duties of marketing, internet and paperwork, but still enjoys showing properties too. They are always available to assist one another in their roles when needed, keeping their business running seamlessly. And, clients get two agents for the price of one!

Having been with their old office since they started, they were two of the most senior agents. They had recuited the most agents to their office, and were assisting in training new agents. After reaching such an honored status, they decided to take their business to the next level, and made a move to their new office which promises to bring them many new and exciting opportunities.  They are now Jerry & Amanda Arend of The Arend Group @ Premier Realty Associates.
