ANOTHER HAPPY ENDING

The story: Maria and Ernie called us after seeing a For Sale sign hanging in front of our triplex listing in Cloverdale.  We spoke on the phone, and then met them at the property to show them around. Afterwards, we spent more time talking, and they agreed to have us send them other listings that may work for them (as just driving around to find signs was not an efficient way to locate their new investment property). Well, over time, as we talked more, looked at more properties together, wrote offers and throughout the escrow of their new triplex, a friendship developed. Maria and Ernie are wonderful people with very big hearts, and we are happy to now count them not only as clients, but as dear friends.
