Happy Wednesday! If you bought your home just prior to the recent home price drop in Sonoma County you may be able to lower your property tax bill. Property taxes are based on your homes value at the time of purchase. If values have gone down in your neighborhood, you can submit this form to the assessors office for a reduction in taxes until values return.
