Every day, real estate agents represent Buyers and Sellers in their real estate transactions. But your real estate agent needs to be more than a salesperson. Expect what no one else can offer - The Arend Advantage, working hard for our clients. So when it is time for you to make the choice, consider what some of our past clients had to say about us and the service we provide.
At the close of escrow, our clients are mailed an evaluation. Most of our clients return them, and many take the time and effort to even hand write some “extra” comments, or send a personal “thank you” card. It is those extra comments, and thank you cards, that make up these testimonials. We have included their full names, but have left their phone number off for privacy reasons. However, if you would like to contact any of them for a reference, just let us know and we will provide you with their contact information. Under their names, we tell if they were a Buyer, Investor, or Seller and in some cases you will see “Buyer and Seller.” This means that they sold their current home, and bought a replacement home, using us for both transactions.
